Power of visual language and advertising?
2 images which shows the best of visual impact. The one is from WWF probably depicting with its line “the tsunami killed 100 times more people than 9/11” that there are more dying or died in one giant wash from tsunami in the other parts of the world. I would argue to WWF that it has nothing to do with human evil acts that it majorly shows in the ad.
But I would deeply agree with the second advertisment from TM that whats killing others, more than 1000 times of 9/11 is the necessary evil act of modern warfare, not including American’s hypocrisy but also from Afghan etc. They had their reasons to start this, but the prices have to be paid by others like Iraq. But once the price has been paid by Kuwaitis because of the greed of Iraq’s rulers. So what goes around, comes around sooner or later.
I pray all this ends very soon specially on this large scale.
